This is his second concert with Immersion Repertory, the first being Curiouser and Curiouser in 2018. His primary teachers were Francis Brancaleone and Constance Keene and performed in masterclasses with John Browning and Abram Chasins. His degrees are from Manhattanville College and Manhattan School of Music, with post graduate work at Westminster Choir College.

Recently retired from teaching, John’s career in academia spanned 40 years. He has conducted choirs and orchestras at the high school level, most recently at Scarsdale High School and the college level as the Director of Choirs at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. Kirsten Shippert Brown is a vocal pedagogue, voice researcher, and singer currently on the faculty at Sarah Lawrence College and Iona University. Dr. Brown holds a Bachelor’s degree in Voice and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stetson University, a Masters degree in Vocal Pedagogy and Performance from Westminster Choir College, and a Doctorate of Education in the College Teaching of Music from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Mezzo-soprano Stephanie Feigenbaum has been hailed as “a thrill to watch” by OperaWire and praised for her "credible and nuanced" performances by Opera News. Her 2022 season began with the role of Penelope in Monteverdi’s Il ritorno d’Ulisse with dell’Arte Opera. The season continues with the New York Premiere of Lori Laitman’s Uncovered with City Lyric Opera, and the revival of On Site Opera’s Amahl and the Night Visitors, in addition to concerts with various NYC organizations.
Stephanie's repertoire spans the entirety of the operatic canon, from Baroque operas to new music. Last season, Stephanie sang the roles of Oscar the Fox in Felix Jarrar’s Mother Goose and Voice 2 in the World Premiere of Jillian Flexner’s Self Defined Circuits. Recent seasons have included everything from Caccini’s La liberazione di Ruggiero (Melissa, dell’Arte Opera) and L’incoronazione di Poppea (Nerone cover, Bare Opera), to Guillaume Tell (Hedwige cover, Opera Southwest) and Suor Angelica (Zelatrice, Opera Delaware and Novizia, Heartland Opera Theatre), to numerous premieres of opera and art song.
A champion of modern English-language opera, Stephanie brought her trademark musicality and verve to the World Premiere of Happy Birthday, Wanda June (Wanda June, Indianapolis Opera). She also originated the role of Amaranta in the World Premiere of Fortunato with Fresh Squeezed Opera and appeared in the US Premieres of Seven Angels (Angel 2/Queen cover, Aspen Opera Theater) and Mansfield Park (Julia Bertram, Indianapolis Opera).
Since her first role as The Shepherd in L’enfant et les sortileges under the baton of Lorin Maazel at the 2009 Castleton Festival, Stephanie has brought authentic and passionate performances to opera companies around the United States. She has been a young artist at Chautauqua Opera, Indianapolis Opera, Opera Saratoga, and Opera Southwest. Stephanie is a graduate of Northwestern University, where she earned her BM in 2013 and MM in 2015. A favorite there, she was featured as Mrs. De Rocher in Dead Man Walking, Meg in Little Women, Valletto in L’incoronazione di Poppea, and Mae in The Grapes of Wrath. In addition to opera Stephanie enjoys concert work, and especially loves performing as a soloist with choral groups. She is currently an active member of Bard Festival Chorale. She has been a soloist at Carnegie Hall on multiple occasions with the Hazamir International Choir, singing repertoire by modern Israeli composers.
Raised in Teaneck, New Jersey, Stephanie currently makes her home in Brooklyn, New York.
Misha is an Actors Equity Association (AEA) professional actress out of Denver Colorado, but was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. She holds credits with the Denver Center Theatre Company, Arvada Center, Curious Theatre, Aurora Fox, The Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Stories on Stage, Theatreworks, and the Rochester Civic Theatre. She was a founding member of the historical enactor program at the Museum of Nature and Science and worked with them for 10 years, has toured regionally with the Denver Children's Theatre in their outreach program, and has been was a lead educator on their staff during their regular season. She was a member of the Bug Children's Theatre for 5 years where her she was a costume designer and director of educational outreach. She is also an accomplished recording artist, singer/songwriter, author, and voiceover artist.

Dura Jun, recently having her conducting debut with New York Lyric Opera Theatre for Le Nozze di Figaro by Mozart, is a vocal coach at Manhattan School of Music and has been on the faculty in Savannah Voice Program since 2015 as well as pianist IVAI in NY since 2016.
Lyric baritone Will Berman is sought after for operatic, oratorio, and recital work throughout the United States and Europe. On the operatic stage, he most recently made his role début as the Harlekin in Strauss' Ariadne auf Naxos in Berlin, Germany. This year he also sang Bob in The Old Maid and the Thief and Ben in The Telephone with Saint George Opera in their double bill performances. He is also known for his portrayal of Papageno in Die Zauberflöte, which he has performed in Rome, Italy; Weimar, Germany; and New York, NY.
Harry Stafylakis (b. 1982) hails from Montreal and is now based in New York City.
